Linking: word final -ed + vowel sound

Friday, March 29, 2019 by Eva Easton 9 Comments

In a dictionary, words are given in isolation.
In natural speech, however, you don’t say words separately.
You connect words together. You link them.

In this lesson, we practice linking pattern #1:
consonant sound + vowel sound.

And now it’s your turn.
Here’s your audio pronunciation quiz.
What do you hear?
